The Steps

1.

Call us when it’s time to start the title work;
we’ll generate a file number (GF) and send it back on the same day.

 
 

2.

Wait a few days (not weeks), and we’ll have our exam completed and title commitment sent out directly to all parties.

At this point, we’ll talk through any issues that need to be cured (something you would want to know about sooner rather than later) or confirm that we’re good to go for closing!

 
 

3.

We’ll set a closing date. If outside forces cause us to switch (mortgage, surveyor, inspector, etc.) we can flex! We just won’t be the ones holding anything up.
