As Escrow Officer at Select Title Fredericksburg, Donna brings a wealth of abilities and insights both from life and work. She has worked on every angle of a real estate transaction imaginable, from mortgage to general contracting to the real estate agent side. She's been on the title side of the industry for almost a decade, the last four of which were specifically spent in escrow work. Coming to us from a big company in the big city, she's an experienced hand that has helped see many deals through to completion.
What drew her to Select Title FBG? The promise of calm and the town of Fredericksburg. While she loves the hustle of getting a lot of work done and digging into complicated files, she also wants more from her work relationships than just plowing through tasks. Enjoying working with and for the people in your life is what makes it worth the effort. For her, the people are the number one thing.
Chris, Wendy and their five children (yes, that is correct) live here in the ‘burg. Chris started out as a corporate pilot; that’s where he became obsessed with keeping things calm and simple. At the age of twenty he was piloting multi-engine aircraft throughout the State of Texas transporting politicians, attorneys, doctors and business owners; so he has plenty of practice. After a series of business ventures ranging from retail, information technology, residential & commercial construction and securities speculation, Chris had spent enough time with legal advisors to know that it was something he wanted to do. He has been a private attorney since 2008 and has a knack for blending legal language and ideology with something we all love: common sense and calmness.
