The past few months have been entirely unpredictable! Hill Country home and property sales have skyrocketed and we’ve enjoyed getting to stretch the legs on our fully digitized title process. We’re happy to report that, while being extremely busy, we haven’t made anyone wait in line, and our communications have continued to be clear, efficient, and concise. Under this stress test, things are going well! Brokers are spending their time with clients celebrating and we’re bringing calm to the details.

New Face

To continue bolstering the Select Title FBG experience, we’ve added Jennifer Turner to the mix. She sits at the front desk and is the first smile you’ll meet in the office (if you even need to come by). From Colorado to Fredericksburg, Jennifer jumped into the title business years ago because she likes the work and she likes the people. Details are her language and she gets into all the moving pieces readily and is good at translating the detail into calm, clear understandable language. She’s a people-person, who really appreciates when people can see clearly how much she can help them. Whatever it takes, she does the work to bring calm, to just “Make it Ok” for people who don’t have a head for all the details and paperwork. On a Saturday, you’d find her with people, or spending time outdoors (it’s a Colorado thing)!

Bringing Calm

A couple of years ago, there was agitation in Fredericksburg with the title service providers. This is, verbatim, what brokers were telling us. So, we wanted to create a simple, modern solution to bring some calm to transactions that don’t need any more “complexity” than there already is. Right now, the pressure is on, and we’re sticking to our simple, clean, modern process using excellent people and a strong technological backbone in our fully digitized Gillespie County Title Plant. We’d love to talk more about it with you!
