Blanco & Mason Counties go Digital
The thing we love about our small Texas hometowns are the varying lack of technological presence. We all like that our cell phones lose reception (you know the spot we’re talking about between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, just outside Stonewall where the cell tower sits). We like things to be analog around here, but when it comes to data, records, and keeping files, we can all agree that digital just makes things more efficient and less prone to error.
We’re giving Blanco and Mason counties the Select Title Fredericksburg “Modern System” overhaul.
We’ve started the process of taking all the title records in both these adjacent counties and adding them to our one-of-a-kind digital title plant. That means we can bring calm to Mason and Blanco through our quiet, efficient process like we’ve been doing in Gillespie.
We are removing complexity, leaving room for relationships.
If you’re not familiar with our process, you can find out more about what makes us unique on our website. But the short story is this: we have developed a fully digitized means of reducing human error and increasing the speed and simplicity of the title process in the Texas Hill Country. We believe in bringing calm, and so we’re aggressively removing all the friction-points we can in our corner of the real estate transaction process.
We look forward to meeting you in Blanco (estimated to launch in May, 2021) and Mason counties. Stay tuned for our go-live date in these counties. And call if you have questions!
