Relationships take time

Relationships take time Select Title

As important as the air we breathe are the relationships we have with our clients. We have yet to hear someone say anything is more important than this in real estate and finance worlds. But we also know, these relationships don’t grow on trees; they take about as long as a tree to grow. So how are you spending your time? Are you bogged down in transaction details? Are you leaving space to just listen to your clients and understand them? Are you taking time to empathize? (That’s a big one…)

Priorities

If you haven’t seen this video yet, this is basically the idea we’re talking about. Thanks to Stephen Covey for simplifying this keen insight into something we all can understand.

How This Applies to Us

The golf balls should be the time spent on your relationships. Being there when your client takes their keys over to their new house, or taking them out to dinner a month after closing, just to show them you’re still excited and you’re still there for them. The transactional stuff, while necessary, can fill up your time like the pebbles and the sand.

We exist to bring calm through a quiet, efficient title process that makes more room for the actual relationship.

When we say that, we mean it. We exist to do our part in such a way as to allow as much room for the golf ball relationships in your life. You don’t need to spend 30 minutes on the phone talking through title details or hearing excuses. Your time is much too precious.

Need us to help buy you some time in other areas?

With Chris being a lawyer and Pam being a 30-year title veteran, we have a lot to share. If your team needs training or there’s a question that’s been bothering you, we’d love to help.
